Constructed from Q370R tank material, the trailer's tank is designed to withstand high pressures, with a design pressure of 1.61 MPa. The tank's shell and endplates are both 8.0 mm thick, ensuring durability and safety. The tank is equipped with various safety features, including two DN100 inner full lift safety valves, a DN450 manhole, and multiple interfaces for liquid inlets, outlets, and gas phase balance pipes. The trailer also includes a horizontal liquid level gauge interface and a drain hole for efficient operation and maintenance.

Safety is a paramount concern for the LPG Trailer, and it comes with a comprehensive set of standard configurations to ensure secure transport. These include double pressure meters, double thermometers, double emergency cutting valves, and four ball valves. The trailer is also equipped with two sets of 9kg ABC fire extinguishers, one set of 2kg CO2 fire extinguishers, and three sets of danger sign plates to enhance safety during emergencies. Additionally, the trailer features an aluminum sunshade protection and two sets of orange numbered plates for visibility and compliance with safety regulations.

The LPG Trailer is designed for high performance, with a design-limited velocity of 80 km/h on straight roads and 20 km/h during turns, ensuring safe and controlled movement. The trailer's BPW bridge axles, 12R22.5 12PR tires, and JOST king pin and leg further contribute to its reliability and stability.
